You will examine the functions of the Notes database, its ease of operation, and its security management features.
You have worked on personal computers. Now, you would like to share information stored in a central location with other users. In the IBM Lotus Notes 8: Databases course, you will use Notes databases to create, edit, and enhance database documents. You will also create blogs in the Notes database to facilitate discussion among the users.
Prerequisites
Basic Windows experience, including using a mouse.
Basic browsing experience, using either Netscape or Internet Explorer

This course is designed for people who will use Notes databases on the job to share information stored in one central location, and who may or may not use Notes as their email package.
